Love is in the air! This Valentine’s Day you can whip up this cute Valentine’s Frosted Cookie Bark Recipe.

Valentine’s Frosted Cookie Bark

You can enjoy both great tasting treats. Perfect for those who are not big on chocolate since this is a vanilla flavored based bark.

Ingredients

Directions

  • First Layer/Bottom Layer:

    • Place 5 squares of White Almond Bark in a microwave safe bowl.
    • Melt almond bark in microwave for 1 minute and then stir.
    • Continue with 30 second intervals in the microwave until almond bark is a liquid. Stir in between.
    • Spread mixture with a spatula onto a parchment paper lined cookie sheet.

    Second Layer/Top Layer:

    • Place 5 squares of White Almond Bark and half a bag of of funfetti baking chips in a microwave safe bowl.
    • Melt almond bark mix in microwave for 1 minute and then stir.
    • Continue with 30 second intervals in the microwave until mix is a liquid. Stir mixture in between.
    • Once melted, add 3-5 drops of pink food coloring. Fold in and do not over mix. You want the pink swirl lines to remain. If you over mix, you will change the mix to fully pink.
    • Mixture may be thick like frosting so make sure you take the time to spread thin with a spatula or butter knife.
    • Spread mixture on top of your first layer of White Almond Bark
    • Top with Mother’s Frosted Cookies while bark mixture is still warm. The cookies will not stick unless the mixture is warm.
    • Add additional sprinkles (optional)

Refrigerate for approximately 4 hours or until set.

Once set, you will take the tip of a sharp knife and press the tip (straight up and down) into your bark. The bark will crack very easily into pieces. If you prefer, cut into even squares.

    Serve and enjoy!
